How We Navigate Both

I'll always signal which mode I'm in. "Can I share what I've seen work?" means mentoring. "How does that make you feel?" means coaching. You can request either mode at any time. Sometimes we'll use both in the same session. What matters is you're never confused about which hat I'm wearing — and you stay in the driver's seat.

What a Session Actually Looks Like

Check In (5 mins)

We start with where you are right now. What's happened since we last spoke? What's top of mind? This grounds the session in your real life, not theoretical goals.

Focus & Goal (10 mins)

We agree on what you want from this session. What would make it valuable? What do you need to walk away with? This keeps our time focused and productive.

Deep Work (35–40 mins)

The heart of the session. We explore your situation using the GROW model, moving fluidly between coaching and mentoring as needed. This is where breakthroughs happen.

Actions & Commitment (10 mins)

Every session ends with concrete next steps. What will you do? By when? What might get in the way? We build in accountability so good intentions become real progress.
